Begin your journey with a pick-up from your accommodation and a scenic drive through the Bali countryside. Your first stop will be at the renowned Ubud Monkey Forest Sanctuary, where you’ll have the opportunity to observe over 500 macaques in their natural habitat. Next, head to Kumulilir and dare to take the 20-meter Jungle Swing into the jungle valley or rice terraces for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Admire the breathtaking views and snap some memorable photos. Afterwards, get an introduction to Indonesia’s famous Luwak Coffee at a local plantation. Learn about the unique method of producing the coffee, which involves the beans being eaten and excreted by Asian palm civets, then harvested from the forest floor. You can even sample the various coffees and teas produced at the plantation, including the famous Luwak coffee. On the return journey to Ubud, pass by the UNESCO-listed Tegalalang Rice Terraces and learn about the innovative subak system used to irrigate the paddies.
